Shipping policy

Thank you for your order! We try to keep our lead times as low as possible, with an average turnaround of 7 – 10 working days, but this varies from product to product. Products will usually be delivered to the address given when the order was placed within 7-10 working days from the date of your order.  Once an order is dispatched it will usually be delivered the next working day. 

You will become the owners of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once they have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.

Due to demand and the exclusive nature of some of our premium fabric collections, it is possible that orders may require a lead time of up to 25 days to be fulfilled. Orders from The Hummingbirds and The Habitat series should allow for this duration.
